Wagga Wagga Residential Approved

We're pleased to share that our Wagga Wagga co living project has received Development Approval.

Designed in collaboration with Common Office, the project responds to the growing need for alternative housing models in regional centres. Located close to education and health precincts, the proposal brings together private living spaces with generous communal gardens and shared outdoor rooms, creating opportunities for connection and everyday life.

For us, the landscape was always central to the project. Tree canopy, shaded gathering spaces and resilient planting are woven throughout the site, shaping places to meet, retreat and belong.

It's been wonderful to see the project embraced by the local community, with recent coverage by WIN News Riverina highlighting the growing conversation around new housing models for Wagga Wagga. We look forward to seeing the next chapter unfold.
